c.      Scrap Trading - engaged in buying/ collecting, trading, hauling, and selling/ disposing reusable/ recyclable scrap materials such as cartons/ papers, rubbers, plastics (ex. PE liners, plastic moldings and etc.), and all types of metals, (ex. iron and steel, copper wire, lead, brass, zinc, cut insulated wire and etc.) steel chips, powder cast iron, wood, metal pallets, aluminum foil, empty drums and etc.
